Storylines
Buffalo comes into Monday night after a 26-29 loss vs New England, while Los Angeles is coming off a 24-20 win at Philadelphia. That gives this Bills-Rams matchup a clean early-season contrast: the Bills are trying to stay on top of the AFC East, and the Rams are working from third in the NFC West.
Recent headlines add a little more shape without needing to overcomplicate it. AP says Josh Allen presents a unique challenge for the Rams defense on Monday night. ESPN has also covered Bills-Rams picks for MNF, plus Rams updates on Myles Garrett making good progress with no return timeline. ESPN also reports that the Bills ruled out Ed Oliver and Joshua Palmer while waiting on WR DJ Moore.
